The General Directorate of Traffic Safety and Ground Transportation (DIGESETT) informs that, in relation to the publication circulating about the alleged kidnapping and disappearance of the Hyundai vehicle, year 2016, white color, license plate A932083, and in which responsibility is attributed to this institution, it is necessary to clarify that said vehicle is being kept in one of our vehicle retention centers.
The car was impounded after being involved in a traffic accident with a motorcyclist. In accordance with established procedures, the case went to the jurisdiction of the Public Ministry in the Special Traffic Court, an entity that currently assumes responsibility for the vehicle and will determine its release to the owner once the corresponding legal process is concluded.
