The financial magazine Euromoney awarded Banco de Reservas as the Best Transactional Bank of the Dominican Republic in 2025, for its innovation in products and services and the excellent results obtained in operations related to technological transactions.
When valuing the award, the CEO of the financial institution, Dr. Leonardo Aguilera, said that this distinction reflects the Bank’s commitment to its constant renewal and modernization to offer a high-quality service to its wide clientele.
“The Reserve Bank will continue to strengthen its technological structure to stay at the forefront of operations that respond to the needs of users, offering security and a wide diversity of transactional options,” he emphasized.
To award the prize, Euromoney took into account the Bank’s financial performance and growth, its innovation in products and services, technology, digitalization, creative solutions, and impact on the customer experience.
Also, it evaluated the social sustainability policies of the banking entity, technological infrastructure, digital services, security and regulatory compliance, as well as its operational capacity, customer service and scalability.

The London-based European publication recognizes the excellence of the global transactional banking industry in the Best Transactional Bank category.
This includes banks, fintechs, neobanks, and technology providers that demonstrate innovation, leadership, and results in areas such as cash management, payments, trade finance, and related technologies.
This award adds to five others granted this year by Euromoney to Banreservas.

These are: Best Digital Bank of the Dominican Republic, Best Bank in Latin America in Social and Corporate Responsibility, Best Bank of the Dominican Republic, Best Bank for SMEs in the Caribbean and Best Bank for SMEs of the Dominican Republic.
Also in the current year, the Bank has been recognized by other international and local entities for its achievements in areas such as business, technology, services and social responsibility.
The most recent award was the Corresponsables Award, granted in Spain, for promoting financial inclusion initiatives that benefit people with disabilities and fostering a transformation through its Banreservas Accesible program.
In the local sphere, Banreservas also obtained five certifications in Sustainability 3RS (reduce, reuse, and recycle resources) 2025, all with gold mentions, awarded to the same number of its offices. This type of recognition is given to companies that comply with policies that promote the integration of the circular economy in their daily operations, among other aspects related to working life.
Banreservas is also listed in Mercado magazine’s ranking of the best companies to work for in the country, as well as in various categories of specialized magazines.
