Within the framework of the implementation of the Anti-Crisis Plan, designed to safeguard the purchasing power of Dominican families, the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and MSMEs (MICM) announced that the prices of essential fuels remain frozen.

WTI crude averaged US$81.24 per barrel from Thursday to Wednesday. In this context, the Government provided a subsidy of RD$399.4 million for this week in order to keep essential fuels unchanged and contribute to the stability of domestic prices.

In this sense, the mechanism guarantees that the prices of the most consumed hydrocarbons will remain unchanged for the next 90 days, provided that the international price of oil does not exceed the US$95 per barrel barrier.

To ensure the financial sustainability of this plan, the Government ordered a freeze on Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), premium gasoline, regular gasoline, optimal diesel, and regular diesel.

In parallel, the MICM announced a decrease of RD$22.53 for avtur, RD$23.40 for kerosene, RD$17.19 for fuel oil #6 and RD$15.30 for fuel oil 1%S, while natural gas maintains its price.

For the week of June 20 to June 26, 2026, the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and MSMEs provides that fuels be sold at the following prices:

Premium gasoline will be sold at RD$341.10 per gallon; it maintains its price.

Regular Gasoline will be sold at RD$310.50 per gallon; it maintains its price.

Regular Diesel will be sold at RD$262.80 per gallon; it maintains its price.

Optimum Diesel will be sold at RD$293.10 per gallon; it maintains its price.

Avtur will be sold at RD$244.47 per gallon; it drops RD$22.53.

Kerosene will be sold at RD$279.80 per gallon; it drops RD$23.40.

Fuel Oil #6 will be sold at RD$168.96 per gallon; it goes down by RD$17.19.

Fuel Oil 1%S will be sold at RD$191.51 per gallon; down RD$15.30.

Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) will be sold at RD$137.20 per gallon; it maintains its price.

Natural Gas will be sold at RD$43.97 per m³; it maintains its price.

The weekly average exchange rate is RD$59.32, according to the daily publications of the Central Bank.
