HJEM opens its doors in Santiago with an innovative proposal of Scandinavian furniture and design

Santiago.- With an offer focused on creating warm, functional environments with their own identity, the furniture and decorative pieces store HJEM officially opened its doors in this city, joining the commercial and creative dynamism of the city. The new establishment presents a curated collection of furniture and decoration of Scandinavian inspiration, designed to transform spaces and adapt to the needs and tastes of the contemporary public. The proposal is committed to design with intention, the quality of materials, and personalized accompaniment as differentiating axes. During the soft opening, co-founders Rossemery Peralta and Ana Luisa Pérez Rodríguez explained that HJEM’s vision goes beyond the sale of individual objects, focusing on the creation of integral environments that elevate spaces without losing the warmth of the home.

“We firmly believe that the difference between a common space and an extraordinary one lies in the details. That’s why we have selected unique and modern pieces, ready to bring character and personality to each home,” Peralta expressed.

On her part, interior designer and co-founder Ana Luisa Pérez Rodríguez shared the main design and furniture trends that will mark the year 2026, highlighting the balance between contrasts, textures, and shapes. She indicated that biophilic design will have a leading role, integrating natural elements in interiors and exteriors to promote well-being, along with the use of sustainable materials, deep and warm tones.

The opening brought together entrepreneurs, designers, architects, content creators, and special guests interested in learning firsthand about this new design proposal in the city.

HJEM is located on Las Aromas street, a few meters from the Duarte highway (Santiago–Licey), and also has roots in Cayetano Germosén, Espaillat province, where it is part of the Ana Home ecosystem, thus consolidating its expansion in the northern region of the country.
