Santo Domingo.-The spokesperson for the National Police, Diego Pesqueira, reported that the authorities are investigating the circumstances in which two people were found lifeless inside an apartment in a residential tower in the Piantini sector, in the National District.
The victims were identified as Raisa Luisa Mendoza, 50, and her son, Yadhir Nael Cornelio, 24.
Also found at the scene was Caroline Milagros Pérez, 22, the girlfriend of the deceased young man, who showed vital signs at the time she was located. The young woman was transported to receive medical assistance.

According to preliminary information provided by the National Police, the case remains under investigation to determine what happened inside the home and establish the causes of the deaths.
