La Vega, D.R.– Under the guidelines of the regional director of DIGESETT in La Vega, Colonel Vinicio de los Santos, a joint enforcement and intervention operation was carried out at various strategic points in the province, in coordination with the National Institute of Transit and Land Transportation (INTRANT) and the National Police.
The day was aimed at strengthening road safety, promoting compliance with Law 63-17 on Mobility, Land Transport, Traffic and Road Safety, as well as preventing accidents and raising awareness among drivers and citizens about the importance of responsible driving.
