Santo Domingo.– This Friday, José Alfonso Rubiera, identified as one of the six men accused of sexually abusing a young woman in the municipality of Villa González, Santiago, surrendered to the Palacio de la Policía Nacional.
The case has shocked the community, after a video of the event circulated on social media.
It is recalled that the young woman went out with a friend, but ended up alone with the men, who allegedly gave her a substance to drink that left her without control of her actions.
According to reports, the victim woke up the next day with vague memories and found out what happened through the videos that were released. So far, several of those identified have been identified and the Public Ministry is working on the arrest warrants.
