Lluvias incrementarán en las próximas 24 a 72 horas, informa INDOMET
Santo Domingo.- Las condiciones meteorológicas en el país estarán marcadas por un notable incremento de las lluvias durante las próximas 24 a 72 horas, debido a una activa vaguada asociada a un sistema frontal, según informes del Instituto Dominicano de Meteorología (INDOMET).
Se prevén precipitaciones de moderadas a fuertes, acompañadas de tormentas eléctricas, ráfagas de viento e incluso granizadas en distintas zonas del territorio nacional.
Las provincias que experimentarán con mayor intensidad estos efectos incluyen Hato Mayor, Monte Plata, Sánchez Ramírez, Duarte, San José de Ocoa, Monseñor Nouel, La Vega, Santiago, Santiago Rodríguez, Dajabón, Elías Piña, San Juan, Puerto Plata, Espaillat y Valverde.

De igual manera, se mantienen vigentes los avisos meteorológicos ante el riesgo de crecidas de ríos, arroyos y cañadas, así como inundaciones urbanas y rurales.
