Samaná. -The company Luz y Fuerza de Las Terrenas reported this Monday that, after the general blackout recently registered in the country, the distributor continues to work progressively on the restoration of the electrical service in the different sectors of the municipality. The institution reminded the public that Luz y Fuerza is exclusively a distribution company, which means that it depends entirely on the supply from the National Interconnected Electrical System (SENI). Therefore, the restoration of energy in the municipality is subject to the instructions and availability established by the authorities of the national system. “We are energizing the most vulnerable areas as authorized by SENI, and we are moving forward with the gradual incorporation of the other sectors as national generation stabilizes,” explained the entity through a statement.
