Man who murdered two women in SDE claims he was under the influence of drugs
Santo Domingo. – The arrested, José Francisco Montero, who took the life with a bladed weapon of Mrs. María Morillo Morillo, 45 years old, and her teenage daughter Elisabeth Ulloa Morillo, 17, in the Brisas del Este sector, alleged before the cameras of the national press, that he committed the act under the effects of drugs.
“The only thing I urge young people is not to use drugs, that was the effect of drugs,” Francisco replied to questions from the media.
José Francisco Montero was captured by the National Police after carrying out the horrendous event that has the society dismayed.

Meanwhile, a minor aged 7 is in delicate health, affected in the same event perpetrated in the municipality of Santo Domingo Este.
