In a meeting between Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum; the presidents of Guatemala, Bernardo Arévalo, and Belize, Jonny Briceño, the collaboration of railway transport that will travel through three Latin American countries was announced.

Also, the three rulers signed a memorandum of understanding this Friday for the creation of the Biocultural Corridor of the Great Mayan Jungle, a trinational project that seeks to preserve more than 5.7 million hectares, as one “of the last lungs of the planet and living heritage of the Mayan peoples“.
