Jarabacoa.-Police officers arrested a man after he was identified as the alleged carrier of a firearm in the Sabaneta sector.
The detainee was identified as Chanel Canela, who, after intelligence work, was located by a patrol near the indicated area. Although when inspected, a pistol without a visible brand or serial number, with its magazine, was seized from the scooter he was riding. The authorities continue investigations into the case, while the detainee will be brought before the justice system.
