Inmobiliaria Reservas, a subsidiary of Banco de Reservas, will participate in the third Banreservas Real Estate Fair, which will be held from March 18 to 22 in the cities of New York and Lawrence, in the United States.
The fair will take place on March 18, 19, and 20 at the Radio Hotel, 12th floor, located at 500 W 181st St., New York, NY 10033; and on March 21 and 22 at the Parthum School Complex, located at 255 E Haverhill St., Lawrence, Massachusetts, from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Rafael Madera, executive vice president of Inmobiliaria Reservas, expressed that this event represents an opportunity to present Dominicans in the diaspora with a wide range of real estate projects throughout the Dominican Republic, thus facilitating access to housing or investment in their country of origin.
“With us, clients can reserve their properties with only US$500, making an accessible and secure investment. In addition, they will receive personalized advice throughout the process to acquire a property in the Dominican Republic,” Madera assured.
He added that, as part of the Reservas Group, Inmobiliaria Reservas will offer a catalog with more than one hundred projects available in Greater Santo Domingo, Baní, Santiago, La Vega, Punta Cana and Bávaro, where those interested can opt for houses, apartments, villas and land, with the financial backing of Banreservas.
Entry to the fair will be limited to those who make a prior appointment. To schedule your visit or learn more about the offers, interested parties can contact 809-960-5900 or visit the website www.inmobiliariareservas.com.
