Santo Domingo.– Amidst his successful digital marathon of 24 uninterrupted days of broadcasting, the producer and communicator Santiago Matías launched a direct appeal to the Association of Art Chroniclers (Acroarte), requesting that he be awarded the Gran Soberano 2026, the highest award of the Soberano Awards.
Matías argued that his contribution to communication, entertainment, and digital platforms in the country has marked a before and after, consolidating a model of massive impact and connecting with millions of users inside and outside the country.
“I don’t want Youtuber of the year, this year I deserve the Gran Soberano 2026”, expressed Matías.
The creator of La Casa de Alofoke took the opportunity to point out that his project has broken audience records and has become a space of cultural, social, and musical reference in the region.
