Sheriff’s deputy arrested in the death of a young man in San Francisco de Macorís

This is the third person arrested in the case of the murder of a young man in front of the Palace of Justice of San Francisco de Macorís, in Duarte province. Santo Domingo.- Antonio Yhosue Morel Artiles (Yoshue el Balbú), who serves as a bailiff of the Court of Appeals of the Judicial Department of San Francisco de Macorís, was arrested during a raid on his home for his connection to the death of the young Luis Gustavo Grullón De Aza (Nini), 23 years old, last August.
With Morel Artiles, who will be brought to justice in the coming hours to request that a coercive measure be imposed on him, there are three people arrested for their connection to the case. Last week, three months of pre-trial detention were imposed on the defendants Ricky Alberto Hernández (el Goldo) and Winder Jaime (Disconfianza), and the process was declared complex.
The Public Ministry accuses them of causing the shooting death of the young Grullón De Aza in the morning of August 26, a case that is under investigation. The victim died from multiple gunshot wounds to the right cranial region with right occipital exit.

The defendants are being processed for their connection to the case, which has been provisionally classified as a violation of articles 59, 60, 265, 295, 296, 297, 298 and 304 of the Dominican Penal Code, which sanction the association of wrongdoers and murder.
