The number of deaths from earthquakes in Venezuela rises to 3,685

Venezuela.- The number of fatalities from the earthquakes recorded nearly two weeks ago in Venezuela rose this Tuesday to 3,685, according to the latest report provided by the authorities.

The official report maintains the number of people injured as a result of the earthquakes at 16,740, while assistance and assessment efforts continue in the affected areas.

The authorities indicated that the new count reflects an increase of 150 deaths compared to the report presented on Monday, due to the update of data collected during search and care operations.
