La Vega.-The Criminal Investigations Sub-Directorate (Dicrim) of the National Police in La Vega issued a public alert this Friday for the location of three men who are currently fugitives from justice and who, according to the authorities, are linked to a serious criminal act that occurred on November 17, 2025.
The individuals have been identified as Stiwar Manuel Terrero Cabrera, alias La Perversa; Albert Alberto Lantigua, alias Albert; and Robinson Alberto Rosa Tineo, alias Roger. All have arrest warrants issued by the judicial authorities, who point to them as alleged participants in violations of several articles of the Dominican Penal Code and Law 631-16 on firearms.
Fugitives wanted by the National Police
Stiwar Manuel Terrero Cabrera, 25 years old, residing in San Francisco Arriba, Moca, is listed in arrest warrant no. 2025-AJ0080230.
Albert Alberto Lantigua, 28 years old, also residing in the La Córdova area, Moca, is wanted under the same arrest warrant.
For his part, Robinson Alberto Rosa Tineo, 30 years old, also residing in La Córdova, is pursued by warrant no. 2025-AJ0079719.
According to the institution, the three men are identified as direct participants in an event that involved multiple victims. Dicrim maintains that the evidence collected points to the seriousness of the case, which is why their location has been intensified.
