Santo Domingo.– The judge of the Permanent Attention Office of the National District, Rigoberto Sena, imposed three months of preventive detention as a coercive measure against Francis Jesús Rosas Davis, accused of the alleged sexual violation of four girls in the Villa Consuelo sector.
According to the information provided in the process, the defendant allegedly took advantage of the closeness and trust he had with some of the victims to commit the acts, while he allegedly lured others by offering them sweets and money.
The record indicates that two of the affected minors are daughters of a niece of the accused, which aggravates the nature of the case due to the existing family relationship.
