Santo Domingo.– The judge of the Permanent Attention Office of the National District, Rigoberto Sena, imposed three months of preventive detention as a coercive measure against Francis Jesús Rosas Davis, accused of the alleged sexual violation of four girls in the Villa Consuelo sector.
