Santo Domingo.- The prominent and controversial journalist Ramón Tolentino responded emphatically from his social media to a show business commentator and former member of the National Police, for having used derogatory terms against him.
The commentator and former member of the National Police, from which he was separated for serious misconduct identified as Edwin Encarnacion Mercedes “Edwin el de la 30”, made disrespectful comments against Tolentino, when participating in a show business space on the Luinny Corporan platform, for which the journalist responded from his social media.
“CHARLATAN AND LITTLE CREDIBILITY is what would define you in a general sense, let’s start by saying that you had 7 years and a couple of months in the @policiard, but your absences are reflected in 54 DAYS DISTRIBUTED over 4 MEDICAL LICENSES, almost setting a record for little HUMAN PRODUCTIVITY, affecting the Institution of Order”, Tolentino stated on his platforms.
“It was your conduct in violation of law 590-16 that governs the institution of the Order, which led to a suspension by the General Inspectorate of the Police, that in front of you sat people who had violated Dominican laws, arrest warrants issued against them by the Attorney General’s Office, and having the National Police as an auxiliary of Justice, and you as part of that police knew what your role was, because that is called CHARLATANRY,” the communicator also highlighted.
Following these statements made by the former police officer, reactions from internet users and followers of Tolentino immediately erupted and questioned the way this entertainment commentator expressed himself, even saying they didn’t understand how someone could speak that way about a person like Ramón Tolentino, who has given and risked his life and that of his family, facing the most powerful criminal gangs in the country.
