Washington .– United States President Donald Trump congratulated Vice President JD Vance this Monday on the birth of his fourth child this Sunday.
“Congratulations! A perfect boy for the wonderful Vance family,” the president wrote on his Truth Social network.
The second lady of the United States, Usha Vance, gave birth to her fourth child, as announced by Vice President Vance on Sunday.

Alec Neel Vance is the youngest of the couple’s children, joining Ewan, Vivek, and Mirabel.
“Usha and the baby are happy and healthy, and our children are thrilled to meet their little brother,” the vice president assured in a message on social media, where he thanked the doctors and staff at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and the White House Medical Unit for their care and attention.

It is the first time in more than 150 years that a second lady has given birth while her husband is in office.
The last time was in 1870, when the vice president, Schuyler Colfax, and his wife, Ellen Maria Colfax, added to their family.
The birth of Vance’s fourth child adds to another birth in the Trump Administration, as White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt had her second child on May 1st and returned to work last week.
