Bus accident reported in Villa Hermosa, La Romana

La Romana.- A traffic accident involving a bus was reported this Sunday in the municipality of Villa Hermosa, La Romana province, which generated the rapid mobilization of several rescue and security institutions. According to preliminary reports, six Health units were dispatched to the scene to assist potential injured individuals, as well as a unit from the National Police for order control. Three units from the Fire Department, one from the Ministry of Public Works and Communications (MOPC) and another from the General Directorate of Traffic and Ground Transportation Safety (DIGESETT), also attended, with the aim of facilitating traffic and carrying out the corresponding survey. So far, no details have been provided on the number of people injured or the circumstances in which the accident occurred.
