COE issues green alert for twelve provinces due to rain
Santo Domingo.- The Emergency Operations Center (COE) issued a green alert this Wednesday for twelve provinces, after the Dominican Institute of Meteorology (Indomet) reported the occurrence of showers in those demarcations due to a trough plus the approach of a frontal system.
The provinces on alert are Espaillat, Samaná, Hermanas Mirabal, Montecristi, María Trinidad Sánchez, Monseñor Nouel, La Vega, San José de Ocoa, Duarte, Santiago, Puerto Plata and Sánchez Ramírez.
