n” “nPaliza recalled that the PRM has achieved four consecutive electoral victories in just 11 years of existence, including the results obtained in the 2024 elections, when the organization gained control of the majority of the country’s municipalities, expanded its congressional representation, and secured the re-election of President Luis Abinader.
n” “nAlthough he acknowledged that unity has been a determining factor in those achievements, he maintained that there is an even more powerful element that has driven the organization’s growth.
n” “n“What has brought us here is something bigger than the party itself. It is the purpose of serving the Dominican Republic and placing the collective interest above any individual aspiration,” he expressed.
n” “nThe political leader stated that this common purpose has allowed overcoming challenges and consolidating the PRM as the country’s main political force.

n” “nDuring his speech, Paliza maintained that the party’s priority at this stage must be to support an efficient government administration that allows for the fulfillment of the commitments made to the population.
n” “nHe indicated that the main political argument for the upcoming elections will be the government work carried out by the Luis Abinader administration.
n” “n“The main ticket that will allow us to reach Dominican homes again in 2028 will be to conclude a great government administration, transparent, without corruption and committed to the best interests of the Dominican people,” he stated.
n” “nLikewise, he pointed out that the internal reorganization of the party must be carried out with prudence and strategic vision, always preserving the cohesion achieved during the last few years.
n” “nPaliza highlighted that the leadership exercised by President Abinader has been characterized by promoting new generations within the PRM and fostering the construction of a solid political succession for the future.
n” “n“President Luis Abinader’s leadership does not think of itself, but rather of handing over the reins of the country to another member of the Modern Revolutionary Party who might even do it better,” he stated.
n” “nThe president of the PRM assured that the unity of the PRM towards 2028 will be fundamental to face the upcoming political challenges and preserve the progress achieved during the last six years.
n”He also highlighted the infrastructure works executed in different regions of the country, citing projects developed in the South, new universities, airports, beltways, and the boost to tourism development in Pedernales as examples of the transformation promoted by the Government.
n” “nFinally, he called on the PRM leadership to maintain closeness with the population and strengthen political work in the communities.
n” “n“Let us walk united towards a 2028 in triumph for everyone,” he concluded.
