“We hope that everything necessary is done in our municipality to regulate tourism so that we, as a community, can enjoy it with joy and pride, and that we can also exhibit it with pride on foreign beaches. Thank you very much, Mr. Minister,” he stated.
The official also highlighted that Boca Chica is considered a country brand and has one of the most beautiful beaches in the Dominican Republic, reinforcing its potential as a national and international tourist destination. Castillo emphasized that the interventions, which include the remodeling of public spaces, parks, the beach, and the seawall, will dignify the area, improve the experience of visitors, and strengthen the local economy. “Boca Chica deserves respect, care, and development, because it represents our culture, our identity, and the joy of its people,” he indicated.
