The Judicial Office of Permanent Attention Services of the National District will hear this Tuesday the request for a coercive measure against Po Xie, a Chinese businessman and owner of the Mudan store, who is accused of allegedly assaulting his romantic partner.
The hearing had been previously postponed by order of the court, which mandated a Gesell chamber evaluation for the alleged victim’s minor child, as he had reportedly witnessed the alleged incident of violence that occurred at the couple’s residence.
