Authorities investigate death of Cuban singer El Dizzy

Miami.- Cuban urban music is in mourning after the death of reggaeton singer El Dizzy, known offstage as Abraham Fernández, who lost his life in a traffic accident in Miami Beach. Local authorities are investigating the case as a hit-and-run, after the artist was hit by a vehicle on Saturday morning in an area near his residence. Preliminary information indicates that Fernández was walking to his workplace when the incident occurred. After the accident, paramedics urgently transported the singer to the Jackson Trauma Center, a medical center where his death was later confirmed due to the injuries sustained after the impact.

The case has generated shock among family, friends, and followers of the performer, especially after learning that the driver involved allegedly left the scene without offering assistance. So far, the authorities have not offered details about possible suspects linked to the event.
