Santo Domingo.– President Luis Abinader held a call this Wednesday with businessman and content creator Santiago Matías, CEO of Alofoke Radio Show, to congratulate him on the resounding success of the reality show La Casa de Alofoke 2, which has become one of the most relevant digital phenomena of the year in the Dominican Republic. During the conversation, the president acknowledged the unprecedented reach that the program has generated on social media, especially among Dominican youth.The president valued both the “healthy entertainment” and the production capacity demonstrated by the team and the participants of the audiovisual project. “I congratulate you on the engagement you have had with Dominican youth,” he affirmed. In the final day of La Casa de Alofoke 2, the platform surpassed 2 million connected devices, marking a milestone for digital entertainment in the country, after 38 days of uninterrupted transmission.“The truth is a promotion that moves many people, especially young people and some old folks, and generates a great conversation on social media,” expressed Abinader, who also thanked Matías for the invitation to visit the facilities of Lantica Studios, where the reality show is produced.
