The last 24 days have been devastating for the family of television presenter Savannah Guthrie. Since the night of Saturday, January 31st, they have had no news about her mother, Nancy Guthrie, who during that early morning would have been taken from her home located near East Skyline Drive and North Campbell Avenue, in Tucson, Arizona. Desperate to find her, the Today journalist revealed that she offers a reward of one million dollars for the rescue of the 84-year-old woman, although her hopes of finding her alive are beginning to fade.

“It’s been the 24th day since they took our mom from her bed, in the darkness of the night. Every hour, minute, second and every long night has been agony since then, worrying, fearing and suffering for her. And above all, missing her, just missing her,” Savannah expresses in her clip. With a face quite downcast by the complicated situation she is experiencing, she added: “We know that millions of you have been praying. So many people have been praying… We continue to believe in a miracle. We continue to believe that she can come home. Hope against hope”.
Savannah shared that although she and her siblings maintain the desire for their mother to come home, there are days of little faith. “We know she may be lost. She may be gone. She may have already returned home to the Lord she loves. She may be dancing in heaven with her mom and dad, with her dear brother Pierce and with our dad.” Desperate for the uncertainty. Added: “If that’s how it has to be, we’ll accept it. But we need to know where he is. We need him to come home. Therefore, we are offering a family reward of up to one million dollars for any information that leads us to his recovery.”
