SANTO DOMINGO, D.R. – Dominican Olympic champion Marileidy Paulino will have her long-awaited encounter with the Dominican public during the XXV Central American and Caribbean Games Santo Domingo 2026, when she competes in the women’s 400-meter dash on Tuesday, August 4, and Wednesday, August 5.}

Paulino is scheduled to begin her participation in the women’s 400-meter semifinals on Tuesday, August 4, at the Félix Sánchez Olympic Stadium, located at the Juan Pablo Duarte Olympic Center.

The schedule includes two semifinal heats, with the first one scheduled for 6:45 in the evening and the second for 6:55. The final distribution will determine in which of the two races the Dominican sprinter will participate.

In the event of qualifying, Paulino will compete in the women’s 400-meter final on Wednesday, August 5, at 7:40 p.m., at the same venue.

The day will also include the finals of the men’s 110-meter hurdles, the women’s 100-meter hurdles, and the men’s 400 meters, in addition to preliminary competitions in discus throw and heptathlon.

Ticket prices

Tickets for the days on which Marileidy Paulino is scheduled to participate are priced at RD$800 per person.
