Chinese rocket designed to fly 25 times reaches orbit on maiden flight

Galactic Energy launched its Pallas-1 reusable rocket on Tuesday from the Dongfeng Commercial Space Innovation Pilot Zone in northwestern China, successfully reaching its assigned orbit.

The two-stage rocket measures 52 meters in length and can carry a payload of 5 to 7 tons. The company says the Pallas-1 is designed to be reused for at least 25 flights.

During its maiden flight, the rocket successfully completed its orbital mission, marking a significant step in Galactic Energy’s efforts to develop reusable launch technology.
