Peralta, Azua. – The Presidency of the Dominican Republic, through the Social Policy Cabinet, deployed a social operation on Friday afternoon in the municipality of Peralta, where dozens of community members were benefited with health services and food assistance.
The day was held at the 19 de Marzo Educational Center with the participation of various state institutions, including the National Health Insurance (SENASA), the Information and Defense of Affiliates to Social Security (DIDA), the Supérate program and the National Council of the Elderly (CONAPE).
During the operation, general medical consultations were offered, guidance on social security services, and the delivery of raw and cooked food to families in vulnerable conditions was carried out.

Political leaders from the Modern Revolutionary Party (PRM) in Peralta also participated in the activity, as well as municipal authorities, including Eskelin Pérez Martínez.
The operation is part of the government’s actions aimed at expanding access to essential services in communities in the interior of the country. So far, no official details have been offered on the number of beneficiaries impacted.
