La Altagracia. — Higüey was the setting for the first Beauty and Entrepreneurship Festival, an initiative that brought together talent, creativity, businesses, and experiences focused on the well-being and integral development of women.

The event became an important platform to make visible and promote the entrepreneurial talent of the eastern region of the country, demonstrating once again that in Higüey there is a generation of women with great ideas, capabilities, and projects that deserve to be known and supported.

The initiative was promoted by the young entrepreneur Ivanna Cedeño, who continues to stand out for creating events and experiences that connect entrepreneurs, professionals, and consumers, contributing to the growth of local businesses and the strengthening of female entrepreneurship.

This first edition was developed under the concept of “The 5 essentials for women,” addressing fundamental areas for comprehensive female development and care: identity, hair, skin, image, and nutrition.

As part of the educational agenda, the festival featured the participation of prominent professionals from Higüey, including Dr. Nikauris, a nutrition specialist, who offered a highly valuable lecture for the attendees, sharing knowledge and tools to promote more conscious and healthy eating.

Likewise, Dr. Cinthia Castillo had a special participation with an important lecture dedicated to skincare, providing professional information and recommendations for feminine care and well-being.

The presence of both professionals reaffirmed one of the festival’s main purposes: to highlight the professional talent of Higüey and demonstrate that high-level knowledge, initiatives, and projects are also produced in the Eastern region.

The program also included entrepreneurship panels, experiences, recognitions, and interaction spaces, allowing participants not only to enjoy a day dedicated to beauty, but also to acquire knowledge, discover new ventures, and establish connections.

The success of this first edition reaffirms Higüey’s potential as a stage for major initiatives and highlights the importance of continuing to create platforms that allow talent from the Eastern region to transcend and reach new audiences.

With this project, Ivanna Cedeño reaffirms her commitment to continue creating spaces that inspire, connect, and generate opportunities, especially for the women who work every day to turn their dreams and ventures into reality.

The first Beauty and Entrepreneurship Festival did not just celebrate beauty; it celebrated the talent, knowledge, identity, and determination of women who are leaving their mark from Higüey and the entire eastern region of the country.
