Santo Domingo.- A young man identified as Yeiron Andrés Geraldino, a resident of Puerto Plata, came to De Último Minuto seeking help to undergo surgery on his arm, after suffering a traffic accident that, according to his account, has prevented him from working and continuing with his daily life.

Geraldino explained that for several days he has been going through a difficult situation and that he currently does not have a stable place to live or a job, due to the physical limitations left by the accident that occurred in 2017.

“I am going through a difficult situation that I have never experienced in my life. Right now, I don’t even have a place to live or a job,” the young man expressed during his visit.

According to his account, the accident occurred while he was heading back home after doing a favor for a friend. He indicated that while he was traveling along a road, three motorcycles that were allegedly racing collided with him, causing injuries to his arm.

The 28-year-old man stated that he is not looking to receive money, but rather support to be able to access a surgery that would allow him to regain mobility and return to work.

“I am not coming to ask for money, I simply want you to help me with a surgery. After I have my arm operated on, I can work and move forward,” he stated.
