INAVI signs integrity commitment to reinforce controls and prevent corruption
Santo Domingo. – The Institute of Aid (INAVI) signed the Strategic Commitment to Integrity and Prevention of Administrative Corruption, an initiative aimed at high-level officials promoted by the General Directorate of Ethics and Governmental Integrity (DIGEIG), with the aim of strengthening transparency mechanisms in public management.
The signing of the agreement commits the entity and its general administrator, Doctor Elsido Díaz Bueno, to implement actions aimed at strengthening internal controls, administrative efficiency, and accountability.
During the event, Díaz Bueno stated that the main focus of the commitment lies in the strengthening of institutional controls as a basis for ensuring transparent management.
“The first pillar is the strengthening of internal controls, because that is where ethical and transparent action is sustained,” said the official, while emphasizing that the results should be the main indicator of compliance.
