Steven Fabián, a 22-year-old Dominican, was received at the Criminal Investigations and Interpol Division of the National Police in Jarabacoa. He has an arrest warrant No. 1872-2025-SAUT-00518 against him, issued on 05-11-2025. The release of the detainee was carried out from the Operational Department I of the Preventive Police, in accordance with the official documentation, for alleged violation of articles 265 and 2-295 of the Dominican Penal Code, which typify association of wrongdoers and attempted murder, to the detriment of Mr. Yensy Alfredo Marte.
