La Vega, R.D. – Members of the National Police, assigned to the Division of Investigation of Crimes and Offenses Against Persons (Homicides), are investigating an event that occurred in the municipal district of Cutupú, where a man lost his life due to gunshot wounds during a social conflict.
The victim was identified as José Rafael Suárez Ángeles, who died while receiving medical attention, according to preliminary information gathered by the authorities involved.
As a result of the initial investigations, Luis Miguel Suriel Alberto was identified as the alleged perpetrator, who is actively being sought to be brought before justice.
