Santiago.- The National Police is actively searching for and capturing Jhonattan Paulino Rodríguez (a) “Jhonathan” and another individual identified only as “Frankeli”, both with outstanding arrest warrants, for their alleged participation in the homicide of Joel Donatilio Torres Pichardo, which occurred on November 9, 2025, in the El Ejido sector, in Santiago.
According to the authorities, Torres Pichardo died after being shot during an assault, an event that is still under investigation. The arrest warrants issued correspond to the numbers 2025-AJ0076973 and 08899-2025.
The Police also reported that “Jhonathan” is also being linked to the murder of the young Jennifer Altagracia Rodríguez de González, 36 years old, shot to death during a robbery recorded in the entertainment center Plaza Gómez Díaz Bar & Club, on Hispanoamericana Avenue, a case that has caused widespread consternation in the city.
The authorities urged both men to surrender through the means they deem appropriate, guaranteeing them respect for due process.
Furthermore, the institution called on the population to collaborate confidentially, providing any information that may facilitate the location of those indicated.
