n” “nVargas Sánchez’s legal representatives, Ricardo Reyna and Antonio Falete, explained that during the rebuttal and surrebuttal phase, the prosecution formally changed its conclusions, leaving the decision on the precautionary measure to be imposed on their client in the hands of the judge. Next Monday, June 29, at 7:30 p.m., the judge will read the ruling.
