Dajabón: Dom. Rep.- Residents of important sectors of this border municipality reacted with alarm to the constant armed robberies and thefts that occur daily in commercial establishments, inhabited houses, and on public roads.
In images sent to this media outlet, it can be observed how, in broad daylight, a motorized pair of these criminals assault two young people while they were walking along the main street that provides access to the “Los Médicos” sector.
Those citizens expressed the fear they have even of stepping out in front of their own homes, because these bandits “roam freely” committing their crimes in the streets, in the face of the lack of action by police authorities.
