Santo Domingo. The former Minister of Education, Roberto Fulcar Encarnación, will announce on July 30th the Institute of the Future, a new initiative conceived to foster strategic analysis, innovation, and the search for solutions to the main challenges facing the Dominican Republic amidst technological, economic, and social changes.
The presentation has been announced under the slogan “Welcome to the Future”, a proposal with which the organizers seek to generate expectations around a project that promises to become a space for dialogue and the construction of ideas for the country’s development.
