n” “nThe designation is contained in decree number 386-26, issued by President Luis Abinader, through which changes were made to the Dominican diplomatic representation in United States territory.
n” “nWith this provision, Fulcar Soto will assume the leadership of the consulate general in New Orleans, one of the offices in charge of offering services and assistance to the Dominican community residing in that jurisdiction.
n” “nThe same decree establishes the transfer of Rosa Yanina Torres Tamares, who held the position in New Orleans since September 2024, to the Dominican consulate in Atlanta, Georgia.
