Valencia Basket has announced that Hungarian international power forward Vincent Valerio-Bodon, born in the Dominican Republic 24 years ago, will join their team and participate in the Endesa Super Cup.

The player has been helping Valencia Basket in preseason training for several weeks and participated in the friendly match in Yecla against UCAM Murcia.

In this way, the ‘taronja’ team seeks to increase the number of available players for a competition in which it will have four confirmed absences due to injury.

Although he was born in the Dominican Republic, the player grew up from a very young age in Hungary, where he started playing basketball and developed his professional career until 2023.

He played the last two seasons in the G-League with the South Bay Lakers and the Rip City Remix, where he coincided with his current teammate Isaac Nogues last season, although he finished last season at Estra Pistoia in the Italian first division.
