Santo Domingo.- Lawyer Alberto Fiallo confirmed this Wednesday that the communicator Karen Yapoort and former Major League Baseball player Edwin Encarnación are in the final stages of a divorce process by mutual consent.
“There isn’t even much to discuss, as we have always said. It is a mutual separation agreement to be kept as peacefully as possible so that the emotional integrity of their children is maintained,” stated lawyer Alberto Fiallo.
Fiallo offered the information upon leaving the La Romana Prosecutor’s Office, where he accompanied the communicator Yapoort, who was summoned by the Public Ministry and left the premises without offering statements to the press.
The lawyer explained that both parties agree that the separation should be finalized by mutual consent.
