The family recalled that to date there is no judicially validated technical expertise nor a definitive sentence that establishes the causes of the collapse or individual criminal responsibilities. They indicated that a technical report cited by the Public Ministry indicates that the event occurred suddenly, an aspect that is still under analysis. They also specified that from the initial stages of the process, they requested the conduct of technical appraisals, whose contradictory assessment will be known in a hearing on January 30, in accordance with due process. Finally, the Espaillat family reiterated their commitment to collaborate transparently with the justice system, rejected media trials, and reaffirmed their respect for the memory of the victims, as well as their permanent solidarity with all those affected.#Most read
