Santo Domingo. – Personnel from the National Institute of Forensic Sciences (INACIF) carried out on Sunday evening the removal of the body of a Canadian citizen who died after falling from a residential tower located in the Ensanche Paraíso sector, in the National District.

According to preliminary information, the citizen jumped from the 11th floor of the building. Units of the National Police remained at the scene, cordoning off the area to allow the corresponding work of the forensic personnel. Unofficially, it was indicated that the deceased had been going through a depressive episode, although no additional official details about the case have been offered so far. The body was removed from the scene by the INACIF for the necessary procedures.
