SANTO DOMINGO. – The Sixth Instruction Court of the National District decided to send Francisco Alcántara Sánchez and José Alcántara Sánchez to trial on the merits, after considering the evidence presented by the Public Prosecutor’s Office sufficient for the crime of violation of private property, typified in articles 1 and 2 of Law 5869 of 1962.
The accused entered a dwelling without the owners’ consent and recorded an audiovisual for the purpose of public denunciation, without legal authorization.
