Santo Domingo. – The communicator and lawyer José Martínez Brito denounced the situation of the businessman Dayiberto Torres, a Dominican citizen who remains incarcerated in a Colombian prison, without the Dominican State having shown interest in the case, which has generated a legal limbo that violates his fundamental rights.
During the program Esto no es Radio, Brito explained that the compatriot was arrested in Colombia due to an international alert, erroneously linked to an Ecuadorian company with Spanish shareholders operating in Ecuador and which is supposedly being investigated for trafficking in banana shipments to Spain.
