Santiago.- The National Police arrested a man and a woman of Haitian nationality, identified as Pascilien Vixama, alias “El Coyote”, and Isrrok Remushel, both residents of Santo Domingo Oeste, for their alleged involvement in the kidnapping of two minors and the extortion of their mother, also a Haitian citizen.
The police spokesperson in this city, Fiordaliza Popa Arias, reported that according to the complaint filed on May 26, the mother had left her children in Vixama’s care at a hotel located in the Ensanche Libertad sector of this city. Arias indicated that the detainees were subject to arrest warrant No. AJ0032511-2025. Both will be placed at the disposal of the Public Prosecutor’s Office in the coming hours, while the minors were recovered safe and sound in Santo Domingo.
