Santo Domingo.- The President of the Republic, Luis Abinader, will travel this Sunday to Dubai, United Arab Emirates, where he will participate in the World Governments Summit 2026 (World Governments Summit – WGS), a high-level annual event that brings together world leaders, officials, experts and the private sector to discuss the future, technological innovation, public policies and sustainability.
The Dominican president’s participation is a clear sign of the government’s commitment to international cooperation and sustainable development.The World Government Summit, held since 2013, is a key platform where opinion leaders and policymakers converge to discuss problems and opportunities facing humanity and will take place from February 3 to 5 under the slogan “Shaping the Future of Governments”.
