Young person disappears in SDE; family members fear for their mental health

Santo Domingo.- Young Abel Ricardo Santos Santos, 19 years old, was reported missing, who left his residence in Ensanche Ozama, Santo Domingo Este, on the morning of Friday, July 26, and has not been seen since. According to his family, the young man suffers from depression and was under medical treatment at the INSIGHT mental health center. The information is contained in complaint number 2644648, filed by his mother, Mrs. Isis Milagros de la Altagracia Santos Álvarez, 58 years old, before the Citizen Attention Center of the DICRIM on the night of Saturday, July 27. In her statement, the complainant explained that her son left home without belongings and with an unknown destination, wearing a blue polo shirt, jeans and black sneakers. The family fears for his safety and requests the collaboration of the citizenry to find his whereabouts.
